Chris

Ever since his parents mistakenly assumed their toddler was asleep in the back seat when they saw Night of the Living Dead at the drive in back in 1968, Christopher Hyatt has been drawn to the bizarre, the macabre and the exotic in all things, but most especially in movies.

A writer (of short stories and poems), a filmmaker (his debut feature, Eye of Cruelty, won the Best Director award at the 2004 Festival of Horror in Cincinatti), and a punk rock songwriter (his songs Own Your Mind and I Wanna Be Iguana were recorded by the Chicago band Lacquer), Christopher's love of horror and surrealism is entirely to blame for the spectacular train wreck his life has become, but he wouldn't have it any other way.

He lives in Chicago with his girlfriend and two constantly fighting cats.
